Problem Solving Seminar

The Mathematics Department is organizing a Problem Solving Seminar for students interested in developing their mathematical problem solving skills and improving their ability to solve fun and challenging problems. While participation in the Putnam competition will be encouraged, that should not be the only reason for a student to participate: we will discuss interesting topics and techniques, solve problems from math journals and contests, and have fun!
