Genetic Algorithms
Description
: This year, the main topic is “Genetic Algorithms”. Most of
the work is being conducted within “Die Gesellschaft der Freunde” a research group associated with
the HSS. The participants are:

The group meets
every other Saturday from 12:30 to 2:30 at UmassBoston Science Building room
2-065. Each participant presents
material related to the theory and applications of Genetic Algorithms. Some
original work by Richard Cornely relating Genetic Algorithms to Digital Image
Processing was discussed also.
