1. Read Chapter 1.1, 1.2
2. Do Algebra Aerobics 1.1 on page
7 and check answers in back of book. (I won't collect these but I will
quiz you on them Friday February 11. Try them and ask questions in class
if any of these confuse you.)
3. Do
Chapter 1 problems #2, 4, 6, 7 and 12 on pages 31 and 32. I will collect these
next Monday and grade.
4. Send me an email over the

¥ Are there
any assigned problems in the Algebra Aerobics or end of chapter problems that
you find confusing?
