Math 129 review problems. These problems were selected by the Department of Mathematics to prepare for the final exam for Math-129. See, in this directory: M129_Practice_Problems_2014_12_Answers.pdf M129_Practice_Problems_2014_12.pdf I especially recommend these problems from that list: #1-5,7,9,10,11,12 (but solve #12 by Gaussian Elimination or Matrix Inverse) #13,15,16. I will discuss the compound interest problems #6 and #8 in class. In addition, please study all of your quizzes and homeworks. Problems on the final exam will not include material not taught during our course. At the final exam, only approved calculators will be acceptable. These may ONLY be used on problems where SPECIFICALLY INDICATED. No phones, computers, non-approved calculators, pencils, other people helping you, demons, devils, parents, or children may be used. However, great-grandchildren may be brought to the exam to help you, as long as they remain quiet. Sincerely, Dr. Leisinger
