Time Block Usage Visualization

Each bold row summarizes the entire hour. The four indented rows beneath it show the 15-minute intervals. Darker color represents more sections. Color shifts from blue toward magenta as the percentage meeting at non-standard times increases. A section is counted when any part of its meeting overlaps the displayed period.
